GLOBAL CUTMAN TRAINING CENTER — TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration and Payment
Registration for a Global Cutman Training Center (GCTC) seminar or certification course is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Payment may be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-attendance by the participant. However, at GCTC’s discretion, a registration may be transferred to another participant or to a future GCTC course. Any transfer request must be made before the scheduled course begins.
3. Cancellation or Changes by GCTC
GCTC reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, instructors, or other organizational details when necessary. If GCTC cancels a course entirely and no suitable alternative date is offered, participants will be entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid.
4. Travel and Accommodation
Unless specifically stated otherwise, transportation, flights, accommodation, meals, visas, insurance, and other personal expenses are not included in the registration fee. GCTC is not responsible for these costs if a participant cancels or if an event is rescheduled.
5. Participation and Safety
Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any condition or limitation that may affect their ability to participate safely. Participants must follow instructor directions and appropriate hygiene and safety procedures during practical exercises.
6. Certification
Payment and attendance do not automatically guarantee certification. Certification is awarded only to participants who complete the required course components and satisfy the assessment and minimum passing requirements established by GCTC.
7. Conduct
GCTC reserves the right to remove a participant whose conduct is dangerous, abusive, disruptive, or seriously inconsistent with professional standards. Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
8. Photography and Video
Photography and video may be taken during GCTC courses for educational, promotional, and social-media purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional material should inform GCTC before the course begins.
9. Intellectual Property
Course materials, training documents, presentations, manuals, assessment materials, logos, and other GCTC content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without authorization.
